Suggested dates and equipment ages are planning estimates. You remain responsible for checking whether guidance applies to your home. Save a backup: this browser’s data may be lost if storage is cleared or the device is changed. No account, payment, insurance quote or service contract is created by using the app.

External services have their own terms. Verify professional licensing, insurance, references and estimates before hiring. Optional reminders are not a life-safety monitoring service, and delivery is not currently active.
